About the course

When it comes to horse health, prevention is better than cure. Horses are not able to tell anyone if they are unwell, they have to rely on you picking up on any signs of illness or injury and reacting accordingly to prevent them from becoming worse.

This BHS Challenge Award in Horse Health aims to give you the knowledge, understanding and confidence to identify and to deal with illnesses and injuries that a horse might present. It will provide you with all the information you need to help keep a horse in good health.

This comprehensive Horse Health course is accredited by the British Horse Society, and you will receive a certificate from them on completion.
