BHS Challenge Award Horse Knowledge courses!

“I have recently completed the BHS Challenge Award Part 1 & 2. As a complete beginner this course was pitched just right with clear resources and guidance on how to do your own research. Judging by the comments from others on the course this was also well pitched for those wanting a refresher. I loved the tutor guidance if needed, it was encouraging and nurturing, as well as being part of a community to gain different views. The fact you can do this at your own pace was very appealing to me as I have a busy life! I would highly recommend this course, and I will be coming back for other courses as my riding progresses. Thank you!”

Teresa Watts

"Thank you for my certificate. I have loved doing the 1st course and am looking forward to starting the 2nd. I used to work with horses when I was 18 and these are great now I am older and have been away from horse for quite a few years. I did a home study course through someone else but it was nowhere near as good as this one. I am looking forward to doing all your courses!"

Michelle Wrighting

"I have found the Horse Knowledge Challenge Award course very rewarding and as I’ve had a break from any kind of horse riding it was great to have a refresher and also I’m aiming to gain my qualifications so I can teach people to ride. I look forward to continuing studying with Equine Distance Learning"

Janet Cutts

Janet told us how much she enjoyed this course. At 73 years old Janet still enjoys riding her gorgeous cob Apollo. Janet told us that "he will be 13 this year and is quite a character having a reputation for being strong and fast. Fortunately I know where the brake pedal is!"
