The Level Two Award in Horse Knowledge and Care certificate is the third in our series of Horse Knowledge and Care Certificates. This professionally produced horse care course is aimed at people who are looking to learn about more intermediate skills in horse care. It will suit horse riders, prospective horse owners or sharers, people wishing to update their knowledge and home educated children with a passion for horses.

This course is completed by distance learning without the need to travel anywhere. You can work at your own pace and around your other commitments. Assessments are also completed by distance learning and then sent in for marking. You will benefit from full tutor support throughout the course and will not be charged any extra for the marking of your assessments. Once you have completed the course successfully you will be awarded with an Equine Distance Learning Horse Knowledge & Care Level Two Certificate.

Are there any further costs associated with the course?
No. The fee you pay when you enrol covers all your course material, tutor support, marking and Certification.
When does the course start and finish?
The course starts as soon as you have enrolled and it will end one year later. As you are on an instalment plan, your modules will be released periodically throughout your instalment payment plan. To clarify, modules will be released and accessible at the following intervals. You will be notified by email when each module is released: Day 1 - Welcome and Module One Day 20 - Module Two Day 40 - Module Three Day 60 - Module Four Day 80 - Module Five Day 100 - Module Six Day 120 - Module Seven Day 140 - Module Eight Day 160 - Module Nine
How does studying via distance learning work?
Once you have enrolled on the course you can begin steadily working your way through the modules, completing learning activities and assessments. You work at your own pace fitting in your studies around your personal commitments.
Will I receive support from Equine Distance Learning?
You will receive full tutor support via email or phone, depending on your preference. You can contact us as little or as often as you need to and ask any questions.
How is the course assessed?
There are three assessments for this course. You will need to submit two written assessments for marking and then take an online exam at the end of the course.
What will I receive on successful completion of this course?
You will receive a Certificate from Equine Distance Learning.
Can international students study this course?

Can I have a hard copy of the course posted?
