About this course

How much time and investment do you spend on training your horse ?

Fitness programs, lessons, developing their muscle tone and straightness, physiotherapists, massage therapists, chiropractors, therapy boots and rugs, tack and equipment, magnetic rugs... the list goes on!

But what about yourself as a rider and athlete? How much investment do you put into yourself? Probably not nearly as much!

Equestrian sports are unique in that instead of there being one athlete, there are two; the rider and the horse. But we tend to put all of our focus on the horse. The industry is becoming more and more aware of the importance of the rider's fitness and wellbeing as well as that of the horse. Don't just look after your horses, look after yourself too!

"I have seen such a difference since doing this course. Could really tell whilst riding both my horse and my friend's horse last night.

Really enjoyed this course - another to tick off the list!"
